Reporting Results and Receiving Your Final Payment

As part of your original application, you listed a number of areas of operations where you expected to see improvements, and you submitted measurements of pre-project performance that would serve as a baseline for comparison. Once the project is finished, you have up to 6 months to conduct follow-up measurements of performance to see if the results you expected have actually been achieved. You can report your results as soon after the project as you wish – provided you’ve given your organization time to actually achieve the results you were hoping for.

As with Project Progress and Expense Claims, we will provide you with an online Results Reporting Form that you can use to communicate these results to us. You can also use this form to describe any unexpected outcomes of the project – success stories – that highlight the importance of this project to both your company and to Ontario.

Final Payment

Once you submit your Results Report, both CME and your Reference Organization will review it to make sure you haven’t overlooked any important benefits. We will then approve the report and release the third and Final Payment.
