CME requires all service providers to complete an application to CME in advance for approval. As part of the application a process, CME will complete a background check through a third party. A non-refundable fee of $250 will be required with your application for this service. Should you be accepted as a qualified service provider (QSP), this fee will be deducted from the QSP service provider benefits package of your choosing.

Once you have been approved as a QSP, you will be listed on the SMART website. Promotion of services will be the responsibility of the QSP. CME does not endorse nor promote specific company services.
